You may choose an apartment from several lovely floor plans in independent living at Mayfair Village. Your apartment services will include all maintenance and weekly housekeeping. A bed linen and personal laundry service is available (fee applies) upon request. For your convenience, a complimentary washer/dryer is located on most floors with a large complimentary laundry room located on the lower level.

With your well being in mind, daily resident safety checks are conducted and our reception desk is monitored 24 hours for controlled access to the building. An emergency call system with a portable hand-held remote is installed in each apartment. A wellness clinic is available for regular blood pressure monitoring, nurse consultations with in-home nurse visits and assistance with health related referrals.

You can begin your day with a continental breakfast served in our solarium and enjoy delicious meals served restaurant style in our lovely dining room. Weather permitting, our secluded patio is a wonderful place to enjoy an outside meal or refreshments in the afternoons and evenings.

As a resident of Mayfair Village, you can participate in our active social, craft, educational and community service programs including gardening(on our beautiful rooftop terrace), swimming, exercise classes, bridge, poker, bingo, social hours, birthday parties, musical programs, vespers and bible study. You may express yourself with painting, woodworking, and knitting or attend one of our special events such as our monthly teas, book reviews or a Saturday afternoon movie.
